Our home is led by an experienced Registered Manager with a strong background in Adult Social Care, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience in supporting individuals across a wide range of needs. This depth of knowledge underpins a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that is tailored to each individual’s preferences, choices, and wellbeing. The management team are highly visible throughout the home, taking an active role in daily life and remaining closely involved in supporting both residents and staff.
We are supported by a dedicated team of approximately 25 staff members, all of whom receive comprehensive, ongoing training to ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently delivered with professionalism, compassion, and respect.
We work closely in partnership with a wide range of external healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic needs of our residents are fully met, including GPs, district nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropodists, opticians, and visiting hairdressers.
Our services are designed to support a diverse range of individuals, including older adults aged 65+ as well as younger adults under 65, depending on their care needs.
We are experienced in supporting residents with a variety of conditions, including learning disabilities, autism, dementia, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairments, and Parkinson’s disease, always tailoring care to the individual to promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing through a truly person-centred approach.
The home also features a dedicated hairdressing area within the bathroom space, complete with a salon-style sink and chair, allowing residents to enjoy convenient and comfortable hair care services in a relaxed and familiar environment.
